These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Miami Junk Removal Pros website and any junk removal, estate cleanout, or cleaning services you book with us. By requesting a quote, booking online, texting us, calling us, or hiring our crew, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Miami Junk Removal Pros provides:

• Junk removal and hauling
• Estate cleanouts
• Airbnb turnover and related cleaning services

We serve Miami-Dade and Broward County. Service outside our standard area may be available for larger jobs at our discretion and may include additional travel charges disclosed before work begins.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes based on photos or descriptions are estimates until confirmed on site
• The final price is confirmed on-site before work begins
• There are no hidden fees — any changes in scope or price are explained before we start
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless we agree otherwise in writing
• We accept common payment methods including cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards where available

If the job on site differs materially from the photos or description (more volume, heavier items, harder access, or restricted materials), we will pause, explain the change, and confirm a revised price before continuing.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may fill quickly
• We provide a scheduled arrival window when your booking is confirmed
• A minimum of 2 hours’ cancellation notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to offer same-day availability for future bookings

4. Customer Responsibilities

When you book our services, you agree that:

• You will ensure safe and reasonable access to the removal or cleaning area (gates unlocked, parking available when possible, pets secured)
• You will not ask us to remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, wet paint, asbestos, medical waste, or other regulated hazardous substances — these are not accepted
• You are responsible for ensuring the items we remove are yours to dispose of, or that you have authority from the owner, property manager, or estate
• Someone with authority should be available to approve the final price before work begins, unless we have arranged remote approval in advance

5. Liability

• Miami Junk Removal Pros is not liable for pre-existing damage to property, floors, walls, doorways, elevators, or items at the job site
• We handle items with care and take reasonable precautions, but we are not responsible for items left by previous occupants, tenants, guests, or third parties beyond the scope of the job you authorized
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, building restrictions, HOA rules, elevator issues, or inaccurate job information provided to us

If something goes wrong that is clearly caused by our crew during the job, contact us promptly so we can address it.

6. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content or contact information from the site
• Send spam, abuse our forms, or submit fraudulent quote or booking requests
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the website or any of our third-party tools (including Formspree and Calendly)
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

We may refuse service or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in courts located in Florida, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
